Going on another 13 miler today, so musings are sure to follow sometime this afternoon.

- has been running since he was twelve years old, hated it, found his way back to the sport and now has to convince himself that he needs a rest day every now and then. When he's not running, he's a senior at Central Michigan University, majoring in English and Psychology (and he might as well just minor in nutrition).
